Transportation: 

Sometimes the state of the roads does not allow us to pick you up. In this case, we will meet you in the center of Holbox or directly at the starting point of the tour.

 

Difficulty:

The activity requires moderate physical effort depending on the weather conditions, especially from September to March (tide, wind, waves, current). It is accessible to beginners, but it is preferable to have a little experience.

 

In the afternoons, the wind tends to pick up in Holbox; I recommend doing this tour in the morning.

 

What to take?

As there is no return taxi included, we recommend that you take some money for the return taxi, a drink on the beach on the way back and possibly to tip the guide.

 

There can be a lot of mosquitoes in the mangroves; remember to wear long sleeves and don't forget your mosquito repellent.
